LKB
School of Coaching
This 12-day course spread over 6 months (2 days per month) is designed
for people wanting to become corporate coaches, and the basic principles
equally apply to people wanting to become life coaches.
As the course is relatively short it is essential that applicants
have a working knowledge of company life and have started a self
development process.
The
school only takes in 12 people per class which guarantees a
combination of rigour and flexibility in its running. The programme
includes:
- Filmed coaching sessions and individual feedback.
- An exam procedure including oral and written tests and a practical assessment.
- A fun atmosphere that facilitates learning.
- An approach to learning that is in phase with the subject matter: coaching.
By the end of the course,
most trainees will have:
- Begun coaching professionally.
- Gained clarity about themselves as coaches and about the profession.
- Identified zones for further self development.
- Formed a network of coaches that will be a future source of
support and business.
