LKB Associates specialise in «walking with teams on their own training ground»
to facilitate improved performance.
This means either:
- Observing and managing feedback sessions with teams during their
daily, weekly, monthly or annual meetings to improve team performance
gradually over time.
Or
- Building a specific team event of limited length (between 1.5
and 3.5 days) designed to achieve an agreed team objective.
In the latter case the purpose can be :
- To form a new team.
- To integrate new players.
- To mend damaged relationships.
- To improve performance through creative thinking, being and
doing.
- To reach top performance through harnassing the emotional power
implicit in outdoor team challenges (LKB partners with specialists
in this field).
- To celebrate success.

Meeting with the team
leader to explore expectations and decide objectives.
Meetings with members
of the team to note converging and diverging expectations and objectives (face
to face, telephone or E mail according to the situation).
A programme is
proposed incorporating the outcomes of the interviews and presented for validation
to the team leader.
A team workshop takes
place and ends with the whole team agreeing next steps and success criteria.
An assessment meeting
is organised 2 to 3 months after the event to allow the team to realign actions
with (changing) objectives.
