   Lynne Burney

Born in New Zealand in 1952, Lynne studied at Canterbury University and at Christchurch Teachers' College. In the 70's she played netball at national level, coached sports teams and taught English literature.

She spent 3 years " adventuring " in Asia, Africa and Europe and finally began life again in France where she has been living and working for the past 25 years.

  • Lynne is a master practioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Eriksonian Hypnosis trained by Dominique Laugero and Françoise Cavé founders of CAPNL, Paris and Anné Linden and Steven Goldstone of the New York Institute of NLP.
  • She is a founding member of the French Society of Coaching and former president of its ethical standards and credentialing committee.
  • She founded the LKB School of Coaching in February 2000 and supervises coaches. Since May 2002 she is recognised as a Master Credentialed Coach by the International Coach Federation.
  • She is a qualified user of the profiling tool : Team Management Systems.

As a trained yoga teacher (French Federation of Hatha Yoga: Sri Mahesh) Lynne incorporates - on request - relaxation and breathing techniques into her work with managers and teams. The practice of Yoga, in fact, contributes significantly to health improvement and therefore performance enhancement.

"In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is."
