Born in New Zealand in 1952, Lynne studied at Canterbury University and at Christchurch
Teachers' College. In the 70's she played netball at national level, coached sports
teams and taught English literature.
She spent 3 years " adventuring " in Asia, Africa and
Europe and finally began life again in France where she has been
living and working for the past 25 years.
- Lynne is a master practioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
(NLP) and Eriksonian Hypnosis trained by Dominique Laugero and
Françoise Cavé founders of CAPNL, Paris and Anné
Linden and Steven Goldstone of the New York Institute of NLP.
- She is a founding member of the French Society of Coaching and
former president of its ethical standards and credentialing committee.
- She founded the LKB School of Coaching in February 2000 and
supervises coaches. Since May 2002 she is recognised as a Master
Credentialed Coach by the International Coach Federation.
- She is a qualified user of the profiling tool : Team Management
Systems.
As a trained yoga teacher (French Federation of Hatha Yoga: Sri Mahesh)
Lynne incorporates - on request - relaxation and breathing techniques
into her work with managers and teams. The practice of Yoga, in fact,
contributes significantly to health improvement and therefore performance
enhancement.
